Canceled Meeting Notice:
Dear MURA members:
I wanted to inform you that the decision has been made to cancel the face-to-face MURA annual business meeting that was scheduled to be held this Friday, March 13. The chancellor’s message sent late this afternoon clarified for us that canceling the meeting was the best course of action.
We will develop a process for carrying out the essential business that needs to be conducted. This includes approval of the minutes from the 2019 annual business meeting, accepting the treasurer’s report, and the election of new officers and board members. Please be on the lookout for further communications from us.
We will also be working with the individuals who were coming to speak to us and will develop strategies to ensure that their important messages can still be delivered to our members.
